I am a Principal UX Engineering Manager and Design Systems Architect most recently contributing at Microsoft. My career is defined by removing friction—whether that's for the user (UX), the developer (Tooling), or the team (Culture).

I specialize in embedding UX practices into engineering workflows and mentoring talent across levels. My goal is to build systems that drive product consistency, accessibility, and speed.

01. THE SCALER

Microsoft & Salesforce

Context: Managing foundational tools for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

Managed teams of 4-6 UX Engineers to elevate usability and efficiency.
Advanced the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for ecosystem consistency.
Developed automation solutions including CI/CD pipelines and visual regression testing.
Drove cross-disciplinary collaboration by embedding UX engineering early.

02. THE ARCHITECT

Order.co & Pantheon

Context: Architecting scalable design systems from the ground up.

Architected design token systems using Style Dictionary for multi-platform consistency.
Implemented reusable component architecture using ViewComponent and Lookbook in Rails.
Established automated testing with Playwright and aXe-core to ensure accessibility.
Introduced documentation-first approaches to reduce rework.
